Hyperliquid, the world’s largest decentralized perpetual futures exchange, is in late-stage talks with Payward, the parent company of U.S. crypto exchange Kraken, on entering the U.S. market, Bloomberg reported, citing sources. If the deal goes through, subject to regulatory approval, U.S. traders would be able to trade crypto perpetual futures built on Hyperliquid’s blockchain technology through Bitnomial, a regulated exchange under Payward. Payward has also submitted a proposal outlining the basic business structure of the partnership to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, according to the report. HYPE was trading at $83.9, up 0.28%, according to CoinMarketCap.
