Thai SEC proposes allowing retail access to offshore crypto derivatives

Thailand’s SEC has proposed allowing brokers to support retail investors investing in certain offshore cryptocurrency derivatives, according to Cointelegraph. The eligible products must be similar to crypto derivatives traded in Thailand in terms of underlying assets, maturity, leverage and settlement methods.
