Goldman Sachs becomes top institutional holder of spot XRP ETFs

Goldman Sachs held about $87.45 million in spot XRP ETFs in the second quarter, making it the largest institutional holder, Finbold reported, citing second-quarter 13F filings. The bank had held about $154 million worth at the end of 2025, sold the entire position in the first quarter of 2026, and then bought back XRP ETFs from multiple issuers in the second quarter while sharply increasing its allocation.
