Core DAO coordinates emergency hard fork after fixing validator reward bug

Core DAO said it has fixed a bug that allowed some validators to receive block rewards above the protocol’s intended design limits and is now coordinating an emergency hard fork to deploy the patch. Coinbase and other platforms had earlier temporarily suspended CORE deposits and withdrawals following the issue.
