Tom Lee says crypto-linked stocks make up 20% of top Russell 1000 gainers in Q3

Bitmine chairman Tom Lee said about 20% of the top-performing stocks in the Russell 1000 since the start of the third quarter are crypto-related. In a post on X, Lee said BMNR ranked fourth with a 99% gain since the start of Q3, followed by Strategy (MSTR) in 12th place with a 67% rise, Circle (CRCL) in 14th with a 65% gain, and Bullish (BLSH) in 21st with a 55% increase. Lee added that with a little over a month left until the end of the third quarter, crypto-linked stocks posting such strong performance could emerge as investors’ next area of focus. The Russell 1000 is a U.S. stock index made up of the 1,000 largest companies by market capitalization.
