Binance partners with Kazakhstan on local stablecoin development

Binance has signed a strategic agreement with the Kazakh government and financial institutions that includes developing a local stablecoin, expanding crypto payments, and building digital-asset investment infrastructure. In a post on X, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao shared a photo with Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Zhaslan Madiev, saying, "Kazakhstan's cryptocurrency industry is developing rapidly."
