Arbitrum says Robinhood Chain had no downtime despite batch posting delays
September 04, 2026, 7:16 PM
Arbitrum said Robinhood Chain continued operating normally without downtime, even as transaction processing was delayed after the network stopped producing blocks for more than 14 minutes.
Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum-based Ethereum layer-two network, saw delays while posting transaction batch data to Ethereum because of blob market conditions on Ethereum’s L1, Arbitrum said. Arbitrum added that individually submitted user transactions were not delayed. According to Arbitrum, the incident stemmed from Ethereum market volatility rather than an infrastructure problem on Robinhood Chain itself. Robinhood Chain is now operating normally.
