Bitmine bought 28,086 ETH last week, lifting holdings to 5.93 million ETH

Bitmine (BMNR), an Ethereum treasury company, said it bought an additional 28,086 ETH over the past week, bringing its holdings to 5,929,198 ETH as of Sept. 7, or 4.9% of Ethereum’s total supply. The company said 5,067,309 ETH is staked, equal to about 85% of its total holdings. Bitmine estimated its current staking yield is running at an annualized $330 million, and said annual rewards would reach $386 million if all of its ETH were staked.
