U.S. asset manager Gratus Reserve V, LLC has filed a registration statement with the U.S. SEC to launch a $75 million cryptocurrency corporate treasury fund open to retail investors. The fund plans to allocate capital primarily to financial network cryptocurrencies compatible with the ISO 20022 standard, including XRP, Stellar, Cardano, Hedera and Quant, while also adding Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana to support portfolio stability. Gratus Reserve V also presented an analysis indicating that buying $5,000 worth of XRP through an institutional over-the-counter desk costs about one-tenth as much as in the retail investor market.
