Santiment: Chainlink keeps on-chain activity elevated despite slower new address growth

Chainlink’s on-chain activity has remained relatively strong even after a sharp late-August spike in new addresses faded, according to on-chain analytics platform Santiment.
Santiment said LINK’s daily new addresses rose from an average of 974 in early August to a peak of 1,601 before falling to 1,140, still about 17% above early-August levels. Active addresses, meanwhile, climbed from 3,599 to a high of 5,572 and now stand at 4,821, maintaining a gain of about 34% from early August. Over the same period, active address growth for Solana and Ethereum was limited to 7.5% and 5.2%, respectively, making Chainlink stand out on a relative basis. Santiment added that address counts alone cannot distinguish between returning users and a smaller number of addresses trading more frequently.Leave the first comment
