Strategy’s dollar liquidity increased sharply to $6.54 billion as of Sept. 7 from $54 million at the end of September last year, Chaitanya Jain, Strategy’s BTC strategy manager, said.
Jain said the company’s current dollar liquidity is enough to cover interest payments and preferred stock dividends for about four years without selling Bitcoin. Debt levels also declined, with Strategy’s convertible notes falling to $6.71 billion from $8.21 billion in the third quarter of last year, while net debt dropped to $174 million as of Sept. 7 from $8.16 billion over the same period.
