U.S. SEC approves Nasdaq Texas trust rule allowing up to 15% digital asset allocation

The U.S. SEC has approved Nasdaq Texas’ proposed amendment to listing rules for commodity-based trusts, CryptoSlate reported. Under the change, eligible trusts can use a streamlined listing process while allocating up to 15% of net asset value to certain assets that do not meet existing qualification standards.
