Grayscale expects crypto regulatory progress regardless of Clarity Act vote

Grayscale said the U.S. Senate will hold a vote on Sept. 15 to move the Clarity Act to the full chamber, and it expects substantive discussions on cryptocurrency regulation to advance regardless of the outcome.
The firm added that U.S. policymakers are already working with platforms including Kalshi, Coinbase and potentially Hyperliquid to build clearer regulatory frameworks for stablecoins, token issuance, security tokens and perpetual futures.
