Tron processed $2.08T in stablecoin payments in Q2: analysis

Tron’s TRX network handled $2.08 trillion in stablecoin payments in the second quarter, with about $23 billion in stablecoin transactions processed daily on average, according to an analysis by on-chain analyst The Data Nerd. USDT transfer volume rose to $36.3 billion as of Aug. 21, surpassing the second quarter peak of $35.5 billion. Network activity also increased, with total transactions reaching 1.1 billion in the second quarter, up 12% from the previous quarter, while active addresses rose to 16.4 million, up 14% from a year earlier.
