September 12, 2026, 5:38 AM
Former Huobi founder Li Lin sold The Holme, a mansion in London’s Regent’s Park, for about 190 million pounds ($253 million), the Financial Times reported. Li bought the property for 139 million pounds in 2024 and had held it for about two years. The sale is estimated to have generated a paper gain of about 51 million pounds ($68 million). The Holme, which has 40 bedrooms and a four-acre garden, had an undisclosed seller, but on-chain and fund-tracing results confirmed Li as the beneficial owner. Li sold a stake in Huobi in 2022 and now runs Hong Kong family office Avenir Group. Li also remains the largest shareholder in crypto asset manager Bitfire Group with a 30% stake, continuing large-scale digital asset investments.
