Argentina mandates monthly tax reporting of crypto exchange user transactions

Argentina’s federal tax authority, ARCA, has required crypto platforms and payment service providers to report user information every month, according to Crypto Briefing. The required disclosures include users’ taxpayer identification numbers, virtual asset balances and transaction records. Individuals will be subject to reporting if their monthly transaction volume or holdings reach 50 million pesos, while corporate entities will be covered at 30 million pesos or more.
