Polymarket, Kalshi traders see highest odds in weeks for CLARITY Act passage

Prediction market traders are assigning the highest odds in weeks to passage of the CLARITY Act as the U.S. Senate prepares for an initial procedural vote to bring the bill to the floor, according to CoinDesk. CoinDesk reported Polymarket traders see a 30% chance the CLARITY Act will pass this year, up sharply from 12% in early September and the highest level since early August. On Kalshi, the probability that the bill will pass before Oct. 1, 2027 rose as high as 64% from 26% on Sept. 10 and was holding at 53%.
