Dormant whale wallets deposit $36.9M in ETH to OKX

Two anonymous whale wallets that had been dormant for more than a year deposited 14,700 ETH worth about $36.94 million to OKX over the past nine hours. Such transfers to exchanges are typically seen as intended for selling.
