Morgan Stanley sees Fed rate hikes in September and December

Morgan Stanley expects the Federal Open Market Committee to raise U.S. interest rates by 25 basis points each in September and December, revising its earlier forecast for no change. The U.S. investment bank cited inflation data that came in above expectations as the basis for the outlook change.
