US, Japanese finance leaders to discuss onchain finance in Tokyo on Oct. 15

U.S. SEC Commissioner Mark Uyeda, Ethereum Foundation President Aya Miyaguchi and other U.S. and Japanese finance and blockchain industry figures will discuss the future of onchain finance and bilateral cooperation in Tokyo on Oct. 15. The session will be held at the annual conference of the U.S.-Japan Council and will also feature Monex Group Chairman Oki Matsumoto and Digital Currency Forum Chairman Hiromi Yamaoka. The main agenda includes how onchain finance could reshape financial markets, businesses and society, as well as adoption barriers and areas for U.S.-Japan cooperation.
