ProCap Financial to join Russell 2000, Russell 3000 on Sept. 21

Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin-focused financial company ProCap Financial said it will be added to the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes at the U.S. stock market open on Sept. 21. Starting Sept. 22, the company plans to change its name to Silvia and its ticker to SVIA from BRR. ProCap Financial currently holds 5,254 BTC.
