NYSE weighs adopting Avalanche technology

NYSE has spent the past year testing Avalanche technology and reviewing ways to apply it to its existing exchange systems, The Block reported. Charlie Cooper, president of Ava Labs, said NYSE examined whether Avalanche’s technology could be integrated into its systems. Michael Blaugrund of Intercontinental Exchange, NYSE’s parent company, also said ICE had worked closely with the Avalanche team while evaluating multiple blockchain platforms.
