Lummis says Senate Democrats blocked crypto bill preserving SEC anti-fraud powers

Pro-crypto Republican Sen. Cynthia Lummis criticized Senate Democrats for voting down a cryptocurrency bill that would have fully preserved the U.S. SEC’s authority to police fraud and market manipulation, Cointelegraph reported.
