XRP Ledger permission delegation upgrade set for Oct. 5

The XRP Ledger’s permission delegation upgrade is set to take effect on Oct. 5 if it proceeds as scheduled, CoinDesk reported. Once completed, the upgrade will allow account owners to grant another account limited authority to perform specific tasks without sharing the master key.
