Fortitude raises DCG credit line cap, securing $31M in borrowing capacity

September 24, 2026, 2:09 AM
Fortitude, a ZEC mining company affiliated with Digital Currency Group, said it amended its credit facility with DCG to increase the borrowing limit to $50 million from $26 million. The change leaves Fortitude with about $31 million in available borrowing capacity, including the remaining amount under the existing agreement, and the company plans to receive the full amount in ZEC. Fortitude said it will raise funds by selling the received ZEC in the market, first using about $7 million to pay part of an order for 9,000 ZEC mining machines, with the rest set aside for new mining site construction, data center real estate acquisitions and power infrastructure expansion.
