Duelbits loses $4.2M in hack tied to private key leak

About $4.2 million in crypto was stolen from the Ethereum, BSC and Tron hot wallets of crypto casino platform Duelbits and sent to a newly created hacker address. The security breach is believed to have stemmed from a compromised private key. The stolen assets included 836 ETH, 1.62 million USDT, 97,000 USDC, 209 BNB and 192,000 TRX. On-chain tracking showed the hacker swapped most of the stolen funds into Ethereum.
