ARK Invest, Securitize to tokenize venture fund investing in OpenAI, Anthropic

ARK Invest is partnering with Securitize to tokenize the ARK Venture Fund, or ARKVX, which invests in stakes in major big tech companies including OpenAI, Anthropic and Stripe. The fund will be issued on the Ethereum mainnet. Through tokenization, investors will be able to access an on-chain diversified portfolio of private unicorn companies, with daily NAV calculations and 24-hour liquidity.
