Strategy proposes daily dividend accrual for four preferred stock classes

Strategy has proposed changing dividend accruals for four preferred stock classes — STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD — to a daily basis. Under the proposal, dividends would accrue every day, including weekends and holidays, and be paid on the next business day. Strategy plans to use the change to improve price stability for the products and expand liquidity and investor demand.
