New wallet withdraws $39.2M in HYPE from multiple exchanges

A newly created wallet starting with "0xbe51" withdrew a total of 428,640 HYPE, worth about $39.23 million, from Bybit, Kraken, Wintermute, Gate, and OKX over the past eight hours, according to Lookonchain.
