Upbit to temporarily suspend HBAR deposits, withdrawals on Sept. 29

South Korean exchange Upbit announced it will temporarily suspend HBAR deposits and withdrawals from 11:00 a.m. UTC on Sept. 29 for a Hedera network upgrade.
