Citi launches corporate tokenized deposit service in Japan, UAE

Citi said it has launched Citi Token Services, its corporate tokenized deposit service, in Japan and the United Arab Emirates. The launch allows clients in Japan to transfer funds instantly to accounts in markets where the service is already available, including the U.S., the UK and Singapore. In Japan, the service supports USD, and cross-border transfers are available 24/7.
