Bastion CEO says global companies want to own, not lease, payment systems

Bastion CEO Nassim Eddequiouaq said the world’s largest companies want to own their own payment rails rather than hand them over to Visa or Mastercard, according to an interview with CoinDesk. Eddequiouaq said those companies want to become their own banks and build their own payment systems.
