New address withdraws $15.3M in ETH from Coinbase Prime

A newly created address withdrew 5,731.9 ETH worth about $15.31 million from Coinbase Prime, according to Arkham monitoring. The address is still holding all of the withdrawn ETH, with no further outbound transfers so far.
