U.S. House oversight panel seeks records from 3 platforms over insider trading concerns

The U.S. House Oversight Committee has launched a probe into user identity verification procedures and suspicious trading surveillance systems at Crypto.com, Hyperliquid and PredictIt, Bitcoin News reported. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer requested related records from the three companies, including details on how they detect trades suspected of using nonpublic information and any such reports submitted to regulators or law enforcement over the past two and a half years.
