A U.S. bankruptcy court in New Jersey has approved the reopening of the bidding process for Bitcoin mining pool Poolin’s Texas mining business assets, The Energy Mag reported. An affiliate of HUT 8 remains the stalking-horse bidder, with the total offer valued at up to $180 million. Of that, $100 million would be paid at closing, while up to $80 million would be tied to milestone-based conditions related to a future data center transaction.
