a16z says GENIUS Act lays groundwork for shift to on-chain finance

A16z Crypto’s head of policy, Miles Jennings, said the U.S. GENIUS Act has established a key legal framework supporting the shift to on-chain finance. Jennings said, according to The Block, the law would make it much harder for a future administration hostile to the crypto industry to reverse the on-chain transition already underway.
