Willy Woo says 8% of countries have adopted Bitcoin buying or holding policies

Willy Woo said on X that while 5% of the global population holds BTC, 8% of countries worldwide have adopted policies to buy or hold Bitcoin. He said Bitcoin is gaining traction faster at the state level than among individuals.
