Stripe to expand stablecoin card program to 100+ countries by year-end

Global payments company Stripe plans to expand its stablecoin card program to more than 100 countries by year-end, CoinDesk reported. Current users of the service include Kraken, Ramp and Morse. Henri Stern, who leads Stripe’s stablecoin and crypto business, said the goal is to integrate stablecoins as another payment option for consumers and businesses rather than replace existing fiat payment networks.
