Ethereum Foundation proposes native transaction assertions to address blind signing

The Ethereum Foundation has proposed native transaction assertions to address blind signing under the draft EIP-7906 proposal. The measure would allow on-chain code to verify what a transaction actually does and cancel it if the outcome violates user-defined rules. It is based on the framework outlined in EIP-8141, or frame transactions.
