DAXA releases second-half digital asset policy guide

The Digital Asset eXchange Alliance (DAXA) said today it published a digital asset policy guide for the second half of this year that examines key policy tasks for establishing a stable regulatory framework for the virtual asset market and supporting its sustainable development, according to Newsis. The guide covers the need for and significance of digital asset regulatory formalization, a roadmap for digital asset regulation and standardization of supervisory data, directions for building a user protection system for digital assets, ways to establish a South Korean-style digital asset market surveillance model, and proposals for a desirable governance framework.
