U.S. court dismisses privacy lawsuit against Crypto.com

A federal court in Northern California dismissed a class-action lawsuit against Foris DAX, the operator of Crypto.com, Crypto Briefing reported. The court said the plaintiffs failed to prove concrete harm from an alleged privacy violation tied to Crypto.com’s cookie tracking. The plaintiffs had sued over claims that the company continued tracking site visitors even after they selected "Disable all" on the website’s cookie consent banner.
