Altcoin whale opens $21.9M in PUMP, SOL and XRP shorts

An altcoin whale has opened short positions worth a combined $21.86 million in PUMP, SOL and XRP, BlockBeats reported, citing TradingBits data. The positions were showing an unrealized loss of about $12,900. The investor closed an existing long position of 1 billion PUMP, realizing a loss of about $260,000, and then switched to a short position of 1.5 billion PUMP. The short positions currently consist of 1.5 billion PUMP at 5x leverage worth $9.015 million, 75,000 SOL at 20x leverage worth $8.6408 million, and 3 million XRP at 20x leverage worth $4.2096 million.
