MOEX plans to launch crypto trading service on Dec. 1

Moscow Exchange (MOEX) said it plans to offer cryptocurrency trading services starting Dec. 1 under a new regulatory framework. The exchange said it will continue related testing until the formal launch of the service. MOEX had earlier launched five perpetual futures contracts, including BTC and ETH.
