Morgan Stanley delays tokenized stock trading support to Q1 2027

Morgan Stanley is expected to delay support for tokenized stock trading through an alternative trading system from the second half of this year to the first quarter of 2027, The Block reported. In an interview with The Block, Amy Oldenburg, Morgan Stanley’s head of digital asset strategy, said Q1 2027 is more realistic in terms of aligning the timeline with other activities underway across the broader ecosystem, adding that the relevant team is actively developing support for trading in tokenized stocks.
