TD Cowen says U.S. CFTC crypto rules could be delayed until early 2028

TD Cowen said in a recent report that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission may already be behind in drawing up digital asset regulations, with the timeline for moving them forward likely to be affected by the 2028 U.S. presidential election cycle and its outcome.
