A company that issued a token delisted from South Korean crypto exchange Gopax last year received a disclaimer of opinion from its external auditor, Yonhap News Agency reported. The token issued by the company, which describes itself as an operator of a global blockchain platform tied to the real economy, has plunged 98% in price in just over a year. According to South Korea’s Financial Supervisory Service electronic disclosure system on Oct. 14, the company received the audit opinion from accounting firm C during an external audit of last year’s financial statements disclosed on Sept. 4. The accounting firm said it could not provide an opinion because it was not given materials needed for the audit, including the income statement, statement of changes in equity, cash flow statement and notes to the financial statements. The token had traded on Gopax before being delisted on Sept. 8 last year.
