Rain launches wallet for stablecoin payments, transfers and rewards

Stablecoin payments infrastructure firm Rain has launched Rain Wallets, a product that supports stablecoin receipt, payments, transfers and rewards accrual, the company said on X. Users can use the wallet to spend stablecoins at merchants or convert them into more than 50 currencies for transfers to bank accounts. The wallet also supports earning rewards on balances. Rain said partners can integrate Rain Wallets into their own apps to offer payments, transfers and rewards accrual, or add only selected features while keeping their existing wallets. Rain currently offers non-custodial wallets across multiple blockchains and plans to roll out custodial wallets and additional rewards features later this year.
