Nasdaq-listed BNB Standard appoints Anthony Scaramucci as outside director

Nasdaq-listed BNB Standard Corporation (BNC) has appointed SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci as an outside director, The Block reported. The appointment expands the board to seven members and fulfills the company’s obligation to name an additional outside director under its partnership agreement with YZi Labs, the company said.
