Dubai DIFC Courts propose oracle to enforce rulings on tokenized assets

November 05, 2026, 7:51 PM
The Dubai International Financial Centre Courts have proposed a dispute resolution oracle, or DRO, to enable court and arbitration rulings on tokenized assets to be enforced on blockchain networks, Crypto Briefing reported. It described the framework as an open technical and legal standard that conveys legal judgments issued off-chain to blockchain ledgers. The DRO would transmit enforcement instructions verified by courts or arbitral bodies to blockchains, supporting digital asset preservation, verification of enforcement orders and the creation of auditable enforcement records. The DIFC Courts plan to participate as the first qualified service provider.
