What should I do if I already have a Bitget account?
If you have an existing account that was created without a referral, you can resolve it using the methods below.

Delete the existing account and sign up again with a referral
After deleting your existing account, create a new one by using the cashback (referral) link or entering a referral code.
- If there is no special history of prior deletions, re-registration may be allowed once after deletion; however, to avoid potential disadvantages, it is safer to check with Bitget customer support before proceeding.
- After deleting the existing account, using the same ID document for KYC on a new account is only possible after 24 hours. To proceed immediately, you must use a different ID document.

1) After signing up for Binance via the referral link above, complete KYC verification. If you already have a wallet on another exchange, you can skip creating a new Binance account.
2) Transfer all assets from your existing Bitget exchange wallet to the newly created Binance exchange account wallet. Be sure to confirm that no assets remain! |
Delete the existing Bitget account and sign up again
1) After logging in, go to the Bitget main screen and click the profile at the top left.
2) Click the profile.
3) In the [User center] screen, click [Close account].
4) Review the notices, check the agreements, and click [Close account] to proceed with the deletion.
5) After confirming any notices regarding account assets or positions, if none apply, click [Close account].
6. Check the Risk warning, tick [I understand], then click [Next] to continue.
7. On the [Security verification] screen, for security, enter your account password and the 6-digit verification code sent to your account email, then click [Confirm]. The deletion is complete.
8. After the existing Bitget account deletion is complete, sign up for a new account with the Coinness referral code entered, then proceed with KYC again.
